Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT)

Are you prepared for the ACFT?

By October 2020, all Soldiers will be required to take the new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) - A six-event test that measures combat readiness.

Mobile Fitness Equipment provides ACFT specific solutions that include all of the equipment required to train for and run the Army Combat Fitness Test.

ACFT Events

  • Strength Deadlift: Soldiers perform 3 repetitions of the heaviest weight they are capable of between 120lbs - 420lbs
  • Standing Power Throw: Soldiers throw a 10(lb) med ball over their heads as far as they can.
  • Hand Release Push-Up: Soldiers perform as many hand-release push-ups as possible in 2 minutes.
  • Sprint, Drag, Carry: Soliders drag a 90lb sled, carry two kettlebell weights, twice down a 25-meter lane.
  • Leg Tuck: From a pull-up bar, perpendicular to the ground, Soldiers lift their legs up & down - touching knees or thighs to elbows - max reps - 2 minutes.
  • Two Mile Run: Carried over from the APFT,Soldiers are still required to run 2 miles.
